What does OrganiCode do?
OrganiCode builds custom software for South African businesses: web-based systems, mobile apps, desktop software, system integrations and business automation. We typically replace spreadsheets, paper forms and WhatsApp-driven processes with one proper system that fits how a business actually works.
What is a proper system?
Whatever the job actually needs. Sometimes that's a small tool two people use daily. Sometimes it's a full system with roles, approvals, notifications and reporting. "Proper" doesn't mean big - it means the work stops living in five spreadsheets, a paper file and a WhatsApp group, and starts living somewhere it can be found.
Where is OrganiCode based, and do you work with businesses outside Gauteng?
We are based in Vereeniging, Gauteng, and we work with businesses across all of South Africa and even around the world. Most projects are delivered remotely, so your location is not a barrier.
How much does custom software cost in South Africa?
It depends on scope. A small, focused tool can start from around R20,000, while a full business system with logins, roles, reporting and integrations typically runs R500,000 and up. Do you offer fixed quotes?
Yes. After your free call you get a detailed, transparent quote before any work starts. On larger projects we usually build in phases, so you get a working first version sooner and can spread both the cost and the risk.
How long does a custom software project take?

Can you integrate with the systems we already use?
Yes. We regularly integrate with accounting packages, ERPs, payment gateways, SharePoint and messaging channels like WhatsApp and SMS, so data flows automatically instead of being typed in twice.
Do you provide support after the software is launched?
Yes, it's where our name comes from: building organic, growing relationships through code. Software needs hosting, occasional fixes and new features as your business grows, so we don't disappear after launch. Ongoing support and improvements keep your system working and keeping up with your needs.
