The challenge
During the pandemic, government legislated that certain information had to be captured by health care providers. The default — having clients sit in a reception filling out a paper form on arrival — was both a hygiene risk and a delay to every appointment.
Providers needed a way to capture the required information reliably while keeping people moving and minimising shared surfaces.
